We started producing pressed cheeses made from conventional milk in February.
We invested in a press to make hard cheeses made from sheep’s and goat’s milk and a triple milk cheese.
The first cheeses will be ready for sale in May 2025, after the test phases.
The rind, shape and texture of these new cheeses will be different from the products currently made and will represent a real innovative evolution for our company. We can’t wait for you to discover them.
